Hello, It's Movie Night
As a process oriented illustrator and designer I am drawn to constructing personal projects with guiding rule sets. Hello, It's Movie Night developed from a weekly movie night with friends in which a movie is selected at random from a pool. I began illustrating a scene from the movie each week to be completed before the next movie night.
This provided a perfect vehicle for me to continue to work and hone my skillset in between client projects and included an inherent deadline to keep me motivated. Through this process I have been able to explore a variety of illustration styles and techniques.
