Our client, the "ABC Construction Company", is in need of a product launch. Our client is a mid-sized company with approximately 1500-2000 blue collar (labour) workers employed across 10 different construction sites, ABC faces challenges in efficiently assigning, managing, and processing worker payments. To address these issues, we are tasked with designing a solution that will assist the company's administration in monitoring, assigning tasks, and processing payments for their workers, who are compensated on a daily and weekly basis. Our goal was to create an easy-to-use and intuitive application that would improve employee productivity and satisfaction, while also reducing the workload of HR professionals.
