Task 1: Full Shoe
The aim was create a 1:1 scale replica of our chosen shoe paying attention to proportion and detail. Proportion was the most challenging aspect of this brief, and I struggled a bit getting the exact proportion and neatness in the front toe piece of the shoe.

Task 2: Half Section of Shoe
The aim was to create a half cross section of the male side of our chosen shoe incorporating what the inside of the sole of the shoe would look like. Although I was able to create a more detailed prototype by paying attention to aspects such as stitching and the underneath tread of the shoe my ability to create exact perfect proportion was still something I struggled with.
Task 3: Mold of Shoe
The aim was to create a 1:1 mold of our chosen shoe as if it were pressed into clay, what would we see thereafter. My ability to capture a detailed replica that was neat went well. I did however improve on my ability to portray the correct proportions.
Project Reflection

The task was completed and the outcome was a great learning curve. My strength was seen through neatness and detailing and my weakness lied in my ability to portray the exact proportions. Overall I can say that my love of triplex is not there but I will continue to learn from my weaknesses and mistakes and master the ability to rapid prototype.
