UCL - Diplomacy Society Print Design
University College London's Diplomacy Society was having its 10th-anniversary celebration. They conducted a competition for people to submit designs for the prints for their merchandise items.

My design won the competition to be printed on their apparel. I ensured that the typography and color themes matched the university and the society's branding. They used two main fonts, Garamond and Arial, both known for their widespread support. Considering the political and peaceful nature of the society, a dove and an olive brand were the elements I explored in my mood board.
Ideation
I was inspired by both symmetrical and asymmetrical design elements. I iterated a Japanese approach in number 4, a creative, experimental one in number 3, a traditional one in number 2, and an asymmetrical, flowing design in number 1.

In the end, I settled with the number 2, due to my research into society's overall demeanor. Opting for a traditional design allowed a prestigious, grounded feel to the print.
