"Okami"

So, let's pick up where we left off... a wolf emerged from the darkness. Nobody knew why or for what reason. In this world, everything always began with the arrival of a wolf—a creature without a face, without emotions, without laughter.
The silence abruptly enveloped the entire area, as if everyone had an unspoken agreement not to disrupt his journey. It wasn't a fear or an alarming presence that gripped the surroundings; rather, it was a natural instinct for survival that directed everyone
in the area.
However, everyone watched, deciding that it was better to be safe than sorry.
Feeling secure within their respective zones, they vigilantly kept an eye on him.
And then the fire came ...
The general idea I had for this project was to create a story that is partly animated and illustrated. To put it briefly an animated comic book. I created a short script and designed some initial ideas. Since the whole story is happening in a dark and eerie world I decided to stick to a simple style with a limited colour palette.
