This project was for my Draping class, and the objective was to learn how to drape a princess seam bodice and a sleeve. I wanted to create a top that modernized the houppelande sleeves from the medieval period for a romantic effect, and I chose a sweetheart neckline to emphasize the femininity. I'll be making this bodice again in pink satin for the bodice, and keep the pink chiffon sleeves.
