We all have a special moment, a particuarly private space, a prefered shelter from the world where feel free to let our guard down. This aperture into ourselves gives us an unique chance for raw introspection. We are open to the emotions that we normally hide from other people, and from ourselves.

 

Here we cry, laugh, sing, and dig our nails into the corners of our mind. We plot future plans, discard ideas that no longer work. Here we enjoy our unhurried silence, and after this catharsis of solitude, we swim back into our daily lives. 

 

After this silence, we always come out a little stronger.
