During the time I worked there I was responsible for:
Creative and team director during audiovisual productions.
People development and management through 1:1, given feedback and individual development plan.
Monitor all production and delivery processes.
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information for projects in the audiovisual department.
Organize and ensure the progress and quality of projects in development, production and post-production, with special attention to processes and technical deliveries.
Divide projects/demands into executable actions, set individual and collective deadlines and monitor their progress.
Analyze and risks within the audiovisual department.
Act as a point of contact with other departments and ensure compliance with the business strategy. Construction of processes of the department.
Build reports on the area's progress, team results, operational efficiency and the department's impact on the business.
