With this album cover I started with a light blue gradient. Then I used a font that gave the cover a homemade yet simple look. After this I Added bubble, rain, and water splatter brush to give that water and wet vibe the the cover because when I listen to this album I think of something wet. Lastly I used the shape tool and put it over the words to separate it from the rest of the cover. Then I used the eraser tool to clear out to inside of the bubble.
