Project began with disassembling an existing thermometer to understand how it was assembled/manufactured.

Simplified CAD Process
A powder print of the CAD model created. Noted parts don't fit cleanly together, time only allowed for one print and the powder print required more clearance than given in the CAD model. Thus the printed model, although looks nice, doesn't function fully.
The printed internals of the model, although the shell itself doesn't fit perfectly together, the off the shelf internals from the disassembled thermometer do.
