This was my second attempt for the Dysmorphia Brief. My idea for this one was gore and the pulling of the skin, opening and breaking these parts of the body. The openings will show the hidden feelings that you can't see on the outside. But these things are being cut and taken out. For example the butterflies symbolise innocence, child like thoughts. The heart is being played and toyed with. That's why the hands are pulling at the heart string.
