The modern meets vintage design of this 'first-step project' was driven by NUAIR's need for rapid growth, private and collaborative office experiences with-in a cost effective space.The 250 Harrison Office building, adjacent to the Tech Garden (central New York's premier technology incubator) was the perfect relocation space for NUAIR as they began to develop their brand.
