• Take-out meals are increasing in popularity because of its convenience. It allows people to enjoy a chef-prepared meal in the comfort of their home or office. The customer no longer has to waste time lining up for a seat during busy lunch hours, or fretting over what to cook for dinner. I propose to design a restaurant that offers both take-out meals and also a small dine-in restaurant. I want to create a restaurant that offers people an option for an easy and convenient meal, without sacrificing the quality and taste of the food. The idea is to design a bistro that has two sections, one that serves dine-in patrons and another for people who just want to grab a box and leave. I want the carryout to have high quality food, which is freshly prepared daily/hourly.
