This project involved the study of creating an attraction/usable space for people within the ruin walls of an old railroad station, which is currently part of a courtyard for SCAD students.  We were to use "form" within the space.
I created a tourist attraction, because the site is located right near the Savannah Welcome Center.  The space is meant to be entered right at the center to provide a full periferal view of the space.  When entering, to your left, there is a seating are which provides shelter, but still includes openings for plenty of natural light.
On the right hand side is a play area for younger children who are accompanying their families.
In the back center is the main attraction, a scaled down interactive walking map of Savannah.  You are able to explore Savannah and discover points of interest that you would like to later visit during your vacation.  When you tap with your foot on a certain location, a hologram image appears in front of you with a brief description of that specific landmark.  This map is enclosed with glass paneling.

Outdoor LED balls are scattered around the grass area for a nightly attraction, as well as to add form to the space.
The overall model was executed with close attention to scale and ADA accesibility.  For example, there is a ramp for access to the interactive map.
