The project involved working with a group of enthusiasts to create a brochure to promote the enhancement of underperforming parks in the city. The goal was to create a visually appealing and easy-to-understand brochure that aligned with the branding of the enthusiast group.
One of the main challenges was creating maps of the parks and recreation zones. We took a linear approach to the brushwork and used bright colors to emphasize certain areas. We also created linear icons that were easy to understand and used a consistent structure throughout the maps.
We were provided with a large amount of information about each park and had to summarize it in a couple of maps. We also created a timetable of all the parks and provided separate tables with explanations for each park, highlighting the benefits and drawbacks of each one. Overall, the client was satisfied with the final product and used it in their proposal to the mayor.
