2023年是农历癸卯兔年，也是这项“生肖丝网印日历”计划的第三年，同时也是新冠疫情整整满三年（2020―2022）。很多朋友问我为什么要做这个不赚钱的事情，我也不知道怎么回答，也许是热爱吧。非姐在朋友圈说：“活着本身就不是件容易的事情，认清自己的能力，做自己能掌控的，且做好就不错了。”没错，作为一个设计师，大部分时间是为客户服务，能自己掌控的事情真是少之又少。而做这份日历，就是我每年最开心的事情。兔年的这份日历，有幸得到意大利著名纸品──佛捷歌尼的赞助，依然由我原创设计了12个兔子的形象，通过手工丝网印刷2800次（每份日历需要印28次）来完成。在这段异常神奇的岁月里，大家都生活得如此艰难，哪里也去不了，哪里也不能去。但愿收到这份日历的你，能保持良好的心态，能期盼世界和平，期盼人间美好，能有一份好心情来面对未来,面对全新的2023年。正如这份日历的封面所写“NICE tù MEET YOU”。
2023 will be the Year of Gui-Mao Rabbit in Chinese lunar calendar, and it’s also the third year of this Zodiac Screen Printing Calendar project, and the full three years (2020–2022) of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many friends ask me why I do this unprofitable thing? I don’t know how to answer, maybe love. Miss Fei said on her WeChat Moments: “It’ s not easy to be alive, recognize your abilities, do what you can control, and do it well.” Yes, as a graphic designer who spends most of his time serving clients, there are very few things that I can control. And making this calendar is the happiest thing I do every year. This calendar for the Year of the Rabbit, fortunately sponsored by the famous Italian paper products—Fedrigoni. I still designed 12 original rabbit images, through my hand screen printing 2800 times (each calendar needs 28 times) to complete. In this unusually miraculous time, everyone is living so hard, can’t go anywhere, can go nowhere. I hope that you who receive this calendar can maintain a good attitude, look forward to world peace, and focus on the beauty of the world, and have a good mood to face the new life in 2023.
