Former firefighter and paramedic, Michael Meoli is an EMT-P, NAEMT-AF, and TP-C. He resides in San Diego and has served the area as an emergency medicine and crisis intervention instructor. Mr. Meoli is the CEO of Tactical Rescue Options and retired from the Navy SEAL Reserves in 2013 where he was an Advanced Tactical Practitioner and Operator Chief. He helped form the first tactical EMS Team in San Diego in 1982.
