Project liara is a contemporary 5 bedroom one storey design, home to a family of 6. The buiding sits on a 600sqm plot. The idea in the early stages was tp have a simple contemporary style with beautiful material texturing whilst mainting a coll ambiance. The main challenge however was in planning the rooms, without the opportunity to exceed a floor, very careful planning had to be given to the use of spaces on the single floor, which comprises all ensuited bedrooms as well as other activity spaces within and around the building. Working on the project was very exciting as new challenges gave room for new innovative improvements, we hope you love it also!
