The overall design of the page stays the same throughout, however elements of flat design or skeuomorphic design vary from page to page. This project serves as a study of the differences between flat design and skeuomorphism.

Icons represent something closer to buttons, embossing of the text and icons provide more depth.

Font changes to handwriting, adding a human element. Header bar becomes a banner with a large drop shadow. Icons become 3D buttons with drop shadows and gradients.

Add chalk-board texture to the gray background. Skewing the icons and mis-aligning the text adds to the chalkboard feel. Adding stitches to the top banner completes the transformation.
