Color Flower Theory

Welcome to Color Studies!
The first image you see is designed with monochromatic with different shades of blue. The second image is design with Triad, spilt into three separate colors.
The third images are designed with Split Complementary, and the fourth images is in Complementary.
When designing do you like being colorful? For this project called Color studies where I had to choose an image and design that same image four different ways, with four different color schemes called monochromatic where I choose one color but have a different shade, value, and tint to it. dark, medium, and light.

For example, dark blue, medium blue, and light blue. Complementary where you have two colors that go across from each other like purple and yellow. Split Complementary where you have three colors that go across each other like purple, green, and orange. And finally, triad where you also use three colors that goes against each other like red, yellow and blue.

The Color theory is very important when it comes to marketing and creating designs, brands and logos that resents a company or organization because all colors have meaning. The design principles that are present are contrast in value, rule of thirds and focal point. I hope you enjoyed Color studies with me, thank you!
