Pancakes and Spacemen (c) Ingram 2012-14

 

One of my pieces of homework for my Drawing for Sequential class was to do a 2-point pencil illustration with at least 3 fully-clothed figures. The location my class chose was 'temple'. So I decided to do an illustration with my characters from my webcomic, Pancakes and Spacemen.

 

These are the pencils I turned in:

After our critique, I redid the pencils for myself to fix the mistakes and follow the suggestions the class made.

Happy with the placement of everything, I took my brush and inked it, adding in details I had left out in the pencil version and spot blacks.

Then finally I scanned in the entire piece and digitally coloured it with Photoshop CS6.
