A Game Jam is hosted during 19th - 21st Oct in Hong Kong. A theme is given to everyone and make a game within 30 hours. And the theme of this event is - PRIMITIVE LIFE. The basic rule that we all have to follow is the game has to be made in Unity3D Engine. 
 
The idea of using cell as a character is because cells are the most primitive life form, but it can represent how living thing lives. And the inspiration is to think what a cell can do and implementing the features into the game. - Cell Division & Cell Mutation.
Mono Cell gameplay
Following these two features and finally a game is made called "Mono Cell". And here are some basic description.
Objective
To form a larger cell and get to the destination before time finish.

Player can use finger / mouse draw out a path that lead the cell the follow. - Reference from Flight Control on iOS
Gameplay
       • Cell needs to get item to increase its size
       • Bigger cell will move slower than smaller cell
       • Gate/Gap will be placed to only a cell of size 1 to get in, so player has to double tap/click on a size 2 cell to divide it into 2 cells of size 1
       • There are some area where cell has to have certain antibody to give protection to itself, player has to collect the right combination before enter those areas
       • Cell enters the area that doesn't have antibody to resist it will slowly decrease its size and die in the end
       • Cell needs to restructure its antibodies to enter a new area
       • Evil Cell come and get smaller cell
       • If cell has equal or bigger size than the evil cell has, evil cell will not come and get the cell
       • There will be tonnes of puzzle that ask player to solve simply by restructure the cell as fast as possible to score more
