This app allows guests to navigate the amusement park, find their tickets, and also get reminders for when their visit is to the amusement park. Not only that, but they can find wait times for rides, order food, see show times, and much much more. 

As well as app features, it also has web features for the operator. This includes heat maps of where guests usually visit. This website also includes content management, feedback from guests and dashboard with demographic information. If guests visit the website, it will be similar to the app, but it will also have a messaging feature to contact the operator. 

Before customers purchase anything from the company, they have an option for them to request a demo of whatever product they may want.

JRA is similar to Immersive Planet. This company offers master planning, exhibit/attraction planning and designing, writing and content development, executive media production, graphic design, art direction and project management. 

Their portfolio is also full of amazing products. They have done many things with small companies as well as big companies. They've done everything from themed experiences, attractions, themed centers, as well as company events as well. 

All their work is really nice and they have quite a bit of information in their "ABOUT" section of their webpage. It looks as though this company started out between a few colleagues who were passionate about attractions. Through their hard work, they were able to build up what they can do and get their name in the business. 

I tried finding videos on JRA, but all they had were podcasts and talks where they talked about attractions. There were no videos on their projects or what they do as a company.
