Proyect Description

For this project, we will be developing a system of two integrated apps for an existing profession or life situation. Our app will function slightly differently on each device where it runs, but it is only required to run on two platforms (phone and tablet, tablet and desktop, or desktop and phone). This assignment explores how people use technology to work together and how to design interface systems that can be applied to different platforms.

I found some cool apps like PTDistintion, Trainerize or True Coach. These applications are very good, but each one focuses on a single objective, such as monitoring the user's routine, booking classes or being in contact with the teacher. My application gathers all this information, plus you can make a video call with the trainer so that he can see the exercises that he is doing and his execution. In the gallery section you will find photos of the student and his physical measurements. The user will receive a survey so that the instructor can perform a routine according to her requirements. The application has a pre-built library of exercises that the student can use if he wants to train a different part of his body, the instructor can also send him videos of himself.

Scenario 1: You have a new student who wants to increase his muscle mass. Use the application to send him a personalized routine.

Scenario 2: You have a virtual meeting with your student on Monday at 7am. Use the application to make a video call with your student.

Scenario 3: You need to know your student's body measurements to create their personal routine. Use the application to see their personal information.

SECOND AUDIENCE - STUDENT

Scenario 1: You want to schedule an appointment online with your instructor. Use the application to see the available times and thus schedule an appointment.

Scenario 2: You have a question about the exercise that your coach sent you, use the application to chat with him.

Scenario 3: You want to see the changes that your body has had each month. Use the app to add photos of your body and see the details of your changes.

Usability Test 1

COACH

Usability test 1: The user advised me that in the "personal work out" page, I have to add more information because it is one of the most important pages of the application, he liked the ideas of the sketches I did, they have movement and he thinks I have good ideas.

STUDENT

Usability test 1: The user liked that this application can add photos of your progress, contact the coach through video call or chat. He advised me to add a reminders section so that the user doesn't forget to do their exercise routines or have their meetings with their personal coach.

Usability test 2: The user thinks that in some pages the icons are very large as well as the typography. I have to improve the harmony of the design.

Usability test 2: The user thinks that the calendar is too small to see the information. He also advises me to improve the "more" information page and the "video call" page because it's simple.
