MALABABA is an accesory brand that designs bags, shoes and jewellery according to their values on sustanability, artisanal production and simplicity.
The aim of this project is to design a new space for the brand, that currently has a shop located in Calle Serrano, Madrid.

“Creases” is shaped by a second skin that wraps the space like wrinkled leather, one of the brand’s most used materials. The storage is integrated in the many parts of the piece as rectangular holes where the products are shown. As there are not many visible products, the shop has an exclusive look, but there is still variety.

When we enter the shop, we find an exhibition area to the right and a serie of windows in the left wall that continues to the back of the shop. The passage is divided to create a semi closed fitting room and in the back we find the cash register with a private area for the employees.
