Using the process enneagram for systems intelligence - a framework for guided conversation in work analysis, action learning, instructional design, performance management, etc.
Organization:Complexity:Emergence
visualizing recursive processes and repeating patterns using the 'systems' or 'process' enneagram , a higher order symbolic device (Bennet, Blake, Gurdjieff).  This visual model operates as a reference for organizing principles representing the integratiion of completing process. The model is applied to professional identity (who am i?, What am i doing here? and Where am i going?), team work and corporate value/culture (means, modes and meanings).

This use of the enneagram offers an organizing grammar (semantics and syntax) that represent symbolic operations in work flows.  This ongoing work draws on theoretical frameworks and findings from cognition and creativity, organization learning and development,  artificial intelligence. neuro-linguistics and other disciplines.

The re-appearance of the three-phase design as a recursive pattern reiterated internally through sub-phases, provides a method of representing and managing the inherent complexity of complex systems.
