Background
한국에서 커피는 엄청난 주류문화입니다. 2021년 커피 수입량은 18만 9500톤이며 커피수입액 1조 시대라고 합니다. 따라서 이를 전부 버리는 것보다 어떻게 다시 활용할 수 있는 개선점을 찾는 것이 중요한 문제이며 우리의 과제입니다.
Coffee is a huge mainstream culture in Korea. In 2021, coffee imports will be 189,500 tons, which is said to be the era of 1 trillion coffee imports. Therefore, rather than throwing it all away, it is more important to find improvements that can be reused, and it is our task.
환경부는 2022년부터 커피전문점에서 생활쓰레기로 배출되는 커피 찌꺼기도 재활용 자원으로 인식할 수 있도록 관련 요건과 절차를 간소화한다고 밝혔습니다. 쓰레기 수거·운반 차량이 아닌 일반 차량으로 운반해 자유롭게 처분할 수 있게 되며 이는 업사이클링하기 위한 재료의 접근성이 좋아집니다.
The Ministry of Environment announced that from 2022, the procedures will be simplified so that coffee grounds discharged from coffee shops as household waste can also be recognized as recycled resources. It can be freely disposed of by transporting it to a regular vehicle rather than a garbage collection/transport vehicle, which increases the accessibility of materials for upcycling.

Value of past play
과거의 경험을 바탕으로 ‘고부가가치’로서 유희성, 경험, 힐링 콘텐츠들을 만들어내며 과거를 떠올리며 그 기억을 토대로 아이들에게 자신의 경험들을 전달해주는 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
Based on concept of childhood plays on past experiences. We create entertainment, physical experiences, and healing contents as 'high added value'. Adults can play while recalling the past, or play a role in conveying their experiences to children.
