A long-term collaboration with LOU, a company for which, to this day, I have created around 30+ cover images for their blog.
Lou specialize in offering code-free in app training and guidance. Typically software platforms and websites use Lou to guide their users through how to complete tasks (with our product tours) or they use Lou to announce new features (by adding a tooltip that pops up for a user and tells them about the new feature).
Lou also provides analytics on how these training experiences impact user behavior. Did they use the feature, make it to a certain goal, upgrade to a higher plan.
Because they're used by all different kinds of software platforms, the new feature could be anything. Lou is on educational software, medical software, design software, pet adoption software, etc.
