This piece explores the scenes in my dreams. The storyline does not make logical sense, but it shows a journey that the character is on. One thing transforms into another through circles, connecting different elements together. The sketching process was spontaneous and I did not have to go back and improve the compositions. However, the orientation of some pages are changed in the final piece as landscapes made those compositions more engaging.
The final piece is drawn on tracing paper for the see through effect when the book is folded and placed on a light table. The use of lines and textures adds movement to the compositions and distortion made the designs more dynamic.
