Our partners Fenders Katsalidis have created a bright and inviting contemporary workspace. The expressive architectural solutions make it one of the most recognizable and memorable commercial buildings.
We travel to a city filled with movement and where change is in the air: from the breathtaking waterfront and city blocks to the cozy cafes that have transformed the industrial landscape of the city. Let's indulge in this dynamic Art Deco energy and move to the center of business life.
Taking into account the urban spirit of this area, old and new were compared with the mirror glow of the building, which seems to collect in its reflection the fullness of diversity. The sculpturally constructed form of the story pays homage to heritage architecture while introducing innovative new technologies to the central business district.
Our task was to emphasize that 137 MERCER is a large new public space wrapped in active retail outlets, enriched with commercial buildings around and iconic sculptural structures.
The project will be one of the most sustainable office buildings in Australia through the incorporation of cutting-edge technology and leading workplace design. The unique personality and sculptural qualities of the built form have been designed with the workplace in mind. Highly flexible workspaces give tenants the opportunity to diversify and continually shape their culture with a wide variety of environments.
