The goal of the project is to produce a graphic hybrid that combines 2 dfferent and disconnected areas. The
2 different hybrids are ‘paper’ and ‘famous photography’.
In the end, I decided to make paper art with this iconic and famous photograph of Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's. The technique that is used in this project is paper cutting and layering. This is a handmade project with lots of experiments and development until the end result.
There are several photograph of her that were chosen, however not all were succesful to be made into paper art, in the end I decided to choose this particular photograph because it is so famous and iconic and it brings out the classiness of Audrey Hepburn.
The book cover is inspired by a 50th anniversary book of the movie by Sarah Gristwood
