This scarf was one of two scarves commissioned by my good friend, Clair. This was knitted with 5mm-gauge needles in baby-soft yarn. This now graces the neck of another friend of hers in New York.

This is the second of two scarves my friend Clair commissioned me for. If you look closely, it has a subtle basketweave texture to it. Looking at it now, it makes me think of House Gryffindor. Maybe it's the red that does that.
