Kafr El-Sheikh

is one of the governorates of Egypt. It lies in the northern part of the country along the western branch of the Nile in the Nile Delta.

Lake Burullus

is a brackish water lake in the Nile Delta, The name came from ''Burullus Town'' from ancient greek. On the morning of fourth of November 1956 a naval battle took place in front of the shore of the lake, between three Egyptian torpedo boats and a group of naval vessels belonging to the English and French navy, within the invasion force during the events of the triple aggression.

The battle is called "The battle of Burj El-Burullus"..

Now the Fourth of November is the National day of Kafr El-Sheikh governorate.

The city of Burj El-Burullus is famous for the manufacture of boats of all kinds and sizes. So, a lot of remnants of wood can be turned into gifts and paintings.

He aims to beautify the city and spreads artistic awareness by drawing on walls and home facades.

City`s residents are waiting for this forum every year, and the children consider it an annual festival that they eagerly await, as they used to meet artists, help them preparing the colours and watch the transformation of empty surfaces into cheerful paintings.

Is an Egyptian city overlooks Lake Burullus. The city is distinguished by its breathtaking nature and tranquillity, as well as the moderate prices that attract most of families.

Many people come from all over the country during the hot summer months to enjoy the glamorous sea atmosphere.

Ships Workshop

The industry of ships and boats was a profession employed by thousands of people in the city of Burj El-Burullus, Baltim and the villages of Burj Mughazil as its inhabitants work in fishing craft.

The most privileged area of the ship making is the city of Burullus, where families have been practising these professions for 100 years and inherited them from their parents and grandparents.. Despite the fears that the profession will break out in kafr El-Sheikh, there are entire families to maintain the profession, and the nature of these areas remains unchanged no matter what changes around them.

Here we can see other`s people dreams growing slowly until they mature and lead life.. When the dreams become a tangible reality and boats make their way in the water.
