Multiple Exposure Portrait Photography
Purpose
The reason I took this photo was for my final project in Portrait Photography. The idea behind was that I wanted to push the limit of my abilities and create a multiple-exposure portrait photo that used more than two or three photos.
Target Audience
The original target audience was my professor and classmates but grew into those that like seeing the "norms" of photography pushed. I wanted to capture an image meant for people that like "edgy" portraits and photos.
Problem Solving
The obstacle that I encountered during this shoot was trying to capture the final product I had in my head. I made the mistake of getting married to my idea and quickly realized that I needed to change the idea, which turned out better than originally planned.
Portrait Photography
Equipment used: Canon Rebel T5, 18-55 mm lens, light diffusers, and
Flashpoint lights.
The entire photoshoot took around two hours, but this specific shot took about forty-five minutes to capture.
Software: Adobe Photoshop
Overall, it took about three to completely edit and merge all the photos together.
