This animation has been created for the H.E.L.P department (Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals) at the Council of Europe.
His aim is to sensibilize the Legal professionals to the matters of the European Human Rights Convention and mainly to the support that H.E.L.P is offering them to stay in touch with the convention and its modifications through e_learning, forums and interactions.
Distributed in the 47 Member states, it had to be made without using any written or spoken language to avoid translation's troubles. We only had 3 weeks to create that clip and we created it using rotoscopie, 3D and video.
