Blueberry Muffin Cookies. These taste just like blueberry muffins. White chocolate chips were added for an extra touch of sweetness. 

Cookie Brownies. These giant wonders have the mouth feel of a cookie but taste like a brownie. Semi-sweet chocolate chips were added to make it even more chocolate filled.

Pillow Cookies. They are said to be light and fluffy like a pillow. Actually, these are chocolate chip cookies that have a biscuit taste and texture. In the center, there is a fudgey brownie. 

Pecan Pie Cookies. They taste like pecan pie with more crunch. 

Pumpkin Pie Cookies. These bite sized cookies have a shortbread cookie base and a pumpkin pie center. 

Italian Seseame Seed Cookies. Although not terribly sweet, these cookies pair great with coffee. 

Cream Puffs. They make take some time but are incredibly easy to make. You just need lots of eggs. Airy, puff pastry outside. FIlled with a vanilla custard. Topped with chocolate ganache.
