In February I started a lettering Mad Libs game on reddit. The project was a success (and lots of fun!) and has now become a monthly feature in /r/lettering.

 

The bulk of the artwork for the first game was created by a middle school art class in Toronto. Their teacher saw the post on reddit and turned it into a class project.

 

He relayed to me that his students were interested in learning more about my state of residence, and about lettering in general. To thank them for all their hard work, I assembled a care package, including this Georgia postcard done in vintage-style lettering.

Obviously I had to go with orange for the color. Atlanta is obsessed with peaches and peachtrees like you’d never believe. I completed a black and white alternate version as well.
