Creating a summer villa for an Arabian family in a modern way while adding the Arabic highlighted features to preserve its identity 

Building a modern summer Arabian villa with quality of natural ventilation , solar lighting and passive cooling techniques

creating a minimalist design while making the most use of the sea view by creating a stepped horizontal infinite, planes facing the infinite sea and ensuring them with horizontal plates for more shaded area in terraces while maintaining large glass windows, Then adding two vertical plates to break the boredom of repetitive planes and, use them to orient The wind inside the villa to patio and winter garden in the south, also use the vertical plates as a load-bearing wall structure for the terraces and floors -The two plates have an inner stairs to get direct access to the open terrace on the higher floor. -Achieving authenticity -simplicity -quietness and coastal lifestyle while reflecting the need for privacy for an Arabic family and Arabic society
