Refreshing an old project: the Karmann-Ghia proposal created in 2014 for the "Karmann-Ghia Design Contest". The final design isn't an 1:1 rendering of what was sketched back then: it is an updated version, considering VW current design elements and the constant refinement of my personal view in automotive design itself.
After some tweaking on 3DsMax, here's the final design:
In addition, I wanted to give a new spin on a brazilian racing version of the Karmann-Ghia, the KG Dacon, driven in '66 by multichampion F1 Emerson Fittipaldi, his brother, the racing driver Wilson Fittipaldi and the late José Carlos "Moco" Pace.
