Alebrije es una marca de origen Mexicano, pero con sede en Passaic New Jersey, enfocada en un mercado mexicano que radica en Estados Unidos. El concepto de la empresa es la realización de Piñatas y Kits de Fiestas Infantiles.
Alebrije is a brand of Mexican origin that is establish in Passaic New Jersey. It's focus in a Mexican market that lies in the United States. The concept of this company is the making of piñatas and kids party kits.
La idea tenia que incluir los siguientes conceptos (Fiesta, Niños, México) por tanto el proyecto se realizo con elementos como son los Alebrijes y de donde se desprende el nombre, los alebrijes son una artesanía mexicana propia del estado de Oaxaca (al cual los dueños tienen un gran amor y respeto) se realiza con la técnica de cartonería y se pinta con colores alegres y vibrantes. Generalmente los alebrijes son seres imaginarios conformados por elementos fisonómicos de animales diferentes, una fusión de varios animales, no solo fantásticos sino también reales, por lo que se cree conveniente para los niños por la parte imaginativa y colores.
El siguiente elemento son las fiestas en las cuales principalemente se define por los colores alegres.
Grecas Prehispanicas, estas fueron utilizadas para diferentes aplicaciones dentro de la imagen como ya se menciono por el interes de los dueños en que sea una marca que evoque sus raises mexicanas.
The idea has to include the following concepts (party, kids,Mexico). Therefore the project was conducted with elements like Alebrijes and where the name comes from. The Alebrijes are a Mexican craft that comes from the state of Oaxaca (which the owners have a great love and respect). It's made with a technique performed with cheerful and vibrant colors. Generally the Alebrijes are imaginary beings comprised of physiognomic elements of different animals, a fusion of several animals , not only fantastic but real, for what is believed it is convenient for kids based on its imagination and colors.
The next element are parties, in which mainly it's define by its cheerful colors.
Prehispanic pots were used for different applications inside the image. As already mentioned the interest of the owners is that Alebrije's brand evokes it's Mexican roots.
