The AUDI grandsphere concept is a first class lounge capable of SAE-Level 4/5 autonomous driving. My main task was the design of the User Experience across all touchpoints and interior digital interface. This includes the conception of the interface layout, interaction model, choice of technology and visual styling of the UI.

The are no displays in the car.
Besides the Projection, the dynamic Sensor Bar works with light and material for displaying your quick-access menu items & applications.
The selection works by utilizing Eye-Tracking technology and a camoflaged touchpad for confirmation

Yes, the projection UI is visible & readable under sunny conditions because of clever interior architecture and UI design.

Each passenger has his/her own Concierge.
What is MMI Touchless Response?
It is the interaction principle making it possible to control the Concierge unit remotely by pairing Eye-Tracking with Gesture control.
It replicates the movement pattern when operating the device haptically; only this time from afar without touching it. Like using the "force"!
That's why I also like to dub it "Force Control".

The Cockpit Unit is completely hidden when the car is driving autonomously. No unnecessary artifacts left.
It not only includes the steering wheel and digital side-mirrors, but presents the only major display in the entire car.
The interface experience is being personalized in real-time by an AI-generated font based on the operating user's handwriting.
Natural speech interaction with vehicle AI generates Smart Menus.
