BRAND GUIDELINES FOR ED-TECH COMPANY
The brand guidelines was developed for all academic and branding assets of an ed-tech firm launching its online fashion diploma course. 

THE PROCESS
I started off by first understanding the existing brand identity developed by the company for their other online courses. The second step for me was to retain that identity but at the same time branch out into an identity that conveyed the dynamic & complex industry of fashion design. Having studied fashion myself and having worked in the industry - i understood my clients needs extremely well.

THE CHALLENGE
For me the challenge was to not only incorporate the energy of the very dynamic fashion industry in the brand guidelines but also ensuring that kept it as simple, relatable and to the point as possible because it was going to act as a reference point not just for the design and illustration team, but also the academic and video production team as well. 

FINDINGS
I researched extensively to understand the contents of the courses being developed under the fashion wing, and the clients target student profile as well. I also looked into the existing courses that the education platform was already offering and the look and design of those and why they worked. 
The brand guidelines would act as the reference point for all design and branding decisions across web, social, e-books, videos, graphics and other learning materials, so it was important for me to consider all aspects when designing the brand guidelines. ​​​​​​​
