Personally, I have nothing against social media. I think it’s a fantastic way for artists to promote themselves, to get noticed by professionals and to be recognized by fans and followers. It’s also useful and easy for people to connect with family/friends and to share thoughts and opinions; however, people do over consume themselves with various social sites when their time may be better spent elsewhere.
