During the recent Covid-19 pandemics, I spent almost a year amidst severe lockdowns. I was rarely leaving my apartment, and almost never—my district. Which turned from a lively neighbourhood into a ghost town.

Watching its barren streets from my window, I started working on a project about the spirit of lockdown looming over the once-vibrant city.

A few days ago, I fed that project results to #Midjourney. Based on these images, I asked the neural network to reimagine the atmosphere of the plagued cityscape.
