The first edition of the Rockport Report was designed during the Summer of 2021. This zine was used to grow the brand of The Reserve at St. Charles Bay, a luxury community in Rockport Texas. With the first issue, the Rockport Report focused on the beauty of Rockport and the joys of living on the Texas Coast. The zine was delivered to key prospects and homeowners within the community through E-Blasts and social media promotions. While also being used as a way to celebrate the community and drive traffic to The Reserve. The entire zine can be viewed here.
