September Moon is part of the instrumental Jazz Fusion (Cinematic Jazz - 2021) album featuring compositions by Gregor Theelen - newly arranged with added instrumentation by Peter Heckmann.
The album mix is intentially crafted with a distinct "live recording" vibe and not overly polished - a sonic homage to the contemporary Jazz Fusion style of the late 1970's & 1980's (Weather Report, Stanley Clarke, Pat Metheny, Branford Marsalis etc.)
Saxophone performances by the fabulous Dutch soloist Leo Janssen and added instrumentation, arrangement and production as well as mix / master by Peter Heckmann for Rose Records and Publishing (2021) - all music tracks licensed through Anthology Records - Bay Area video footage licensed through CinePacks.
