Synsuite is a business management software developed by Syntesis, a company located in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul. This project was developed in a team as a research project at UFSM and its goal was to develop an interactive multiplatform system that helps and facilitates the assimilation and understanding of the functionalities that the Synsuite system makes available to its users.
The Synsuite system is divided into modules and each one accounts for one management functionality. The icons were drawn to represent each department and are as it follows: My tasks, Suite, Invoices, Billing, Services, Customer Relationship Management, Materials, Strategy, Projects, Human Resources, Innovation, and Juridicial.
The icons from actions such as calendar, settings, new task, were redesigned to the system new identity.
The Synsuite logo, a helm, was designed to represent how the system helps to guide your business by having all its management information in a clear and easy way. Inside the system, to make it accessible to its user, Synsuite has available a learning course. This course is divided in four sections: My course, represented by a sextant, Tutorials, represented by a compass, Manual, represented by a map, and Support, represented by a lighthouse. The icons were drawn in two different versions: the main version, to be used as the learning course opens, and the reduced version, to be used on the top menu.
