CONDO DESIGN
The clients are a working couple who did not have any preference for the color and design of the unit, the only thing they said is to make the space look bigger but with a lot of storage. The whole design of the space is more on the scandinavian look with colors of grey, black and white, this is to create a more subtle look for both the working couple. Wooden finishes on built-ins are used to match the existing wooden feature of the unit. The built-ins are customized because the client wanted a budget friendly design and to be able to have their own preference with the look and use of the furniture. All the furniture and built-ins are designed to be used in other function, to make the small space a more functional design.
