ABOUT
Today, in connection with the creation of new socio-economic conditions, the democratization of society, an increase in the level of man-made and general globalization, there is a tendency to increase the need for cultural and spiritual development in Ukraine. However, the sphere of culture in Ukraine is in a state that does not fully satisfy the needs of the cultural and spiritual revival of the Ukrainian people.
At the same time, the level of development of the network of socio-cultural objects, which are designed to solve tasks, does not meet the growing needs at all. These facilities include leisure, cultural, entertainment and cult facilities that contribute to the formation and improvement of the personality, as well as the satisfaction of its vital and spiritual needs.
