Web app to create a Goals

User Stories:

- As a user, I want to create a goal, so that I can plan better.

- Goal name, Owner, Who has access to this goal, Due date, Description

- As a user, I want to create targets within a goal, so they must be completed in order to        reach the goal.

- Target name, Owner, Add task/link task

- As a user, I want to see the overview of the goal, so I can manage and track.

- Overall progress

- List targets (option to add target)

- Show progress 

- Option to add a task, delete, and rename the target

- Lists tasks

- Activity timeline
